kickstart? it would have to be the most absolute minimal install. Heck,
a typical desktop  installed from DVD would take 15 minutes.

then of course, you have updates. Fedora 7 - which I expect to replace
with Fedora 8 this week would install over 330 updates after the
kickstart install which easily tacked on 45 minutes.
