Great start, Andrew.  Why don't you make a new email with an appropriate
subject so people can follow the discussion thread.  Just put the above
text in it or add to it if you like.

People who are interested will join in and discuss until a date and time
is agreed upon.  Heck, I might help kick if off and make the trek from
Gilbert if it is a convenient time for me.  (I like custard.)  You might
be surprised at how many show up!  If only 2 or a few more come, that's
OK.  PLUG started with 3-4 guys in someone's garage.

I also suggest that the first time you get together, just plan on an
informal chat/discussion session.  That works well in a restaurant
setting without a meeting room.  The discussion could be about "Do we
want to keep doing this, like this?" and any other Linux/FS/OSS topics
that come up.
