Why run MS Word97 when you can run OpenOffice? http://www.openoffice.org

Quicken For Business 2002 is the only reason I keep a Win98 box around.
I'm still angry at Intuit for, after I purchased it, disabling an
advertised feature: they disabled its ability to download stock quotes.
That is called bait-and-switch and I thought it was illegal. However I
haven't found a good free replacement. GnuCash is promising but
double-entry bookkeeping boggles my mind (if someone walks in off the
street and hands you a twenty dollar bill, what of mine does that
decrease???) and SQL Ledger still needs work. So the Win98 box soldiers on.
