What repositories do you have in /etc/apt/sources.list?

I think the warning you're getting is just letting you know that you're
getting packages from a source for which your system can't verify package
signatures.

That could mean you're getting packages from a source that doesn't sign
packages or it could mean you don't have the key that's used to sign
packages for that source.

You might need to specifically install the lib that it wants.
