actually, its fairly easy of you happen to have a dhcp server you are in 
control of.
the only value you need to change is its TTL. force a new address every 60 
minutes (or less if you so desire). you might also have to edit the conf so 
as to have either the mac address assigned to a specified host after renewal 
(or not).

in any case, if they re-acquire dhcp after the changes have been committed, it 
won't be long before everyone is 'up to speed'. :)

this is how I do it at home for guest machines that want on my network 
(wired).
