I'd really have to think on this one a bit. :)

actually, stupid users:
1. *think* they know best in situations where they haven't a clue
2. are in constant denial (and no, its no river in Egypt!)
3. get themselves in *way* over their heads and then yell at 'you' (the 
computer tech' about it not being *their* fault..

those are just the first 3 IMHO that qualify a 'stupid user'

there are more, but like I said, I'd really have to think on it.
