How about finding updates for Debian Woody (equivalent in age to OS X  
10.2)?  You can't.  Woody is no longer supported.  The furthest you  
can go back would be Sarge.

Of course this doesn't address the fact that you can easily upgrade  
your woody box to sarge and then to etch.  But to simply say that the  
reason OS X/Apple sucks is the lack of updates to obsolete revs of  
the OS is bunk, as clearly that happens in the linux world too.
