Ubuntu group (Was: Re: roll call: Ubuntu users)

What some people may not realize is the "rules" for an ubuntu LoCo which he
mentioned in his 1st post.  Not an issue except for the work involved and
that providing the resources they require for eventual approval would likely
detract from discussions in this mailing list.  See

I do not raise this as an objection, but so more can be aware of
implications.
