app installed and not installed simultaneously??!!

Boy, that went by me like a shot! You're right, of course. 

After uninstalling and reinstalling, still could not bring up Mozilla. Had 
to apply the M$ solution (reboot). Now it works perfectly. Still not sure 
what was going on.
