Actually some of the rdr statements in the pf faq examples 
(http://www.openbsd.org/faq/pf/example1.html) use almost exactly that 
(excepting port numbers and destinations). In any case, if you try it 
out let me know how it goes.

Also, you really should consider asking on the bsd list, being that pf 
and openbsd are definitely on topic there. :) Also, pf has been ported 
to other bsds, so non-openbsd people may have experience, too. While 
many of the people on the bsd list are on this list, there are a few 
notables (bsd-wise) who are not.
