Depends on the distro.  I am running Debian Etch and get this:

5887 ?        00:00:00 apache2
5899 ?        00:00:00 apache2
5900 ?        00:00:00 apache2
5901 ?        00:00:00 apache2
5902 ?        00:00:00 apache2
5903 ?        00:00:00 apache2
