The Firefox exploit apparently is an exploit of another virus.

Here's a quote about the first virus, "It is installed using an exploit
for Internet Explorer".

There was a supposedly Firefox exploit earlier that was actually an m$
office exploit that installs a valid Firefox extension.

It appears that both Firefox issues are actually not Firefox issues,
rather they are m$ product issues that attach themselves somehow to
Firefox.

Oh, and they apparently also only affect m$ platforms.
