1. as root, do a fdisk -l /dev/hda. you should then get all the partitions on 
that disk.
2. the do a cat /etc/fstab, to see what is defined there.
3. edit it to add the others in.
4. do a mount of each one.

The only partition you should NOT see, is the Extended one, which contains 
hda6,7,8, and 9

For example, here are my results:

none /proc proc defaults 0 0
/dev/hda7 /usr ext3 noatime 1 2
/dev/hda8 /var ext3 noatime 1 2
/dev/hda5 swap swap defaults 0 0
