I usually use Sound Juicer.  Just set it's parameters for where and how
you want it ripped and every time you put in a CD, click one button to
rip it.

However, if you are on KDE, Konqueror in file broswer mode will look at
a music CD and provide you with "virtual" directories in various formats
(MP3, OGG, FLAC, WAV, etc.).  Then you can rip it by just dragging the
virtual file or folder of the format you want to your hard drive.  Very
nice for a non-automated ripping solution!
