Do I need to set cox's ipaddress, Bcast, and  Mask into the appropriate 
fields? 

I am now talking with the internet people and now I realize what you were 
saying about DHCP. How should I configure it?....

I just ran a command (netcardconfig) and it killed eth0
How do I restart it without restarting my computer?
