uhhhh....  Go to the grocery store and pick up a free Appartment Guide?

They have a features-at-a-glance pages, a big table of managed appartments  
sorted by geographic area, telling number of bedrooms, price, washer/dryer  
and Internet, etc.  You should be able to fire telephone calls to at least  
forty appartment complexes and find what you need in by the end of the day.
