Boot problem

No offense but I would never have bought a refurb drive.. I also would 
not have bought it at Fry's. I know Eric shrugged that, but new or 
nothing for drives, and/or al electronics!! For future knowledge, data 
is important, not worthy of a used car, so to speak..
