If you have your own server you can use a server side rss aggregator. I've been using something called feedonfeeds. The only problem with this is that development has stopped on it. Recently a fork was created so development could continue on it. A release is due very shortly , if not over the weekend. The new project is at: http://fofredux.sourceforge.net/.
