Debian apt-get update question

So for the below secions I just just remove the part of the entries that 
have non-us? 
I tried that and got error messages about that also.

What would a current and correct sources.list be?






deb http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/ unstable main non-free contrib
deb-src http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/ unstable main non-free contrib
deb http://non-us.debian.org/debian-non-US unstable/non-US main contrib 
non-free
deb-src http://non-us.debian.org/debian-non-US unstable/non-US main contrib
