Problem with devfs. Help!

Hi. I'm having a problem when I boot my laptop. I cannot acces my =
laptop.
I haven't had any problem before. Nor I have installed software nor =
hardware to my laptop.
The message that I received is:
mount_devfs_fs(): unable to mount devfs, err: -5=20
I have an IBM Thinkpad 600E.
