More details please.

What is the other os?
----
The other os is M$ 98SE.I found CYGWIN and want to put it on my SCSI drive
(which was the Linux drive) so I do not need to end my UInix education just
because I need to return to M$.

"What is it?
The Cygwin tools are ports of the popular GNU development tools for
Microsoft Windows. They run thanks to the Cygwin library which provides the
UNIX system calls and environment these programs expect. "

I found it while looking for GCC for M$.
