My Router Isn't

Sorry about the previous post with the subject "RE: PLUG-discuss digest, Vol

That subject should have been "Re: My Router Isn't".  One of these days I've
got to slow down!!!  Sorry.  

George,

Issuing the cat command (cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward) from the command
line returns "0".

I don't think this is good!  What should it be, and how do I get it there?

What is the status of IP Forwarding on the router (gwg)?  cat
/proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward
