My Gateway Solo 2550 works great. Sound, Video, Network WiFi & 10/100
(PCMCIA), Power Management, even the winmodem. The only thing that I
can't do is watch DVDs because that model came with a PCMCIA hardware
decoder for DVD. Everything else works great under SuSE 8.1 and Redhat
8.

Does anybody have any experience with those VPR Matrix laptops at Best
Buy?
