It was a DDOS attack that primarily had its affect on Saturday.  Everything
should be pretty much normal now.

Here is a snippet of something I received from one of my peering partners...

At approximately 11:30pm on 01/24/03, the global Internet community began to
experience packet loss, latency and intermittent losses of connectivity as a
result of a Distributed Denial of Service (DDOS) attack.  This attack is
still underway and utilizes UDP directed at port 1434.  More information
