You have to create disk from image (the iso) not burn the data to a
disk.

My suggestion would be to use the downloaded image and download
<http://www.webmin.com> and use that as a crutch while you learn to edit
the config files directly. Surely being CCNA, you shouldn't have a
trouble with that.
