Mike,

Many mail clients thread emails based on message-ids and subject lines.
For example, your email had:

References:
    <Pine.LNX.4.43.0302211922381.31149-100000@pilchuck.reedmedia.net>
    <3E56F46D.1000708@deru.com>

Which can be used by a mail client to thread those "linux forensics and
recovery" discussions.

Please consider starting a new thread by composing a new message when
starting a new topic (asking an unrelated question).

And always use a subject line that is descriptive the email's topic.

You may receive less help if the subject line doesn't match your
email's topic. (They may not read it.)

I am sure we can assist with your printer problems. In your new message,
please consider providing details that make it easy for someone to help:
 what printer?
 what driver?
 what printer software do you want to use?
 how have you tried to troubleshoot it yourself?
 what problems are you having? (any exact error messages?)
