One futher comment: For the second link the library could hand out CD's, =

free or perhaps a buck or two for copying costs, of Free/Open software th=

has a label that says: "Use it.  Keep it.  Copy it.  Share it.  Enjoy it.=

instead of all that restrictive stuff.  That would be cool!
