Linux certification recommendations?

My boss has allowed me to pursue one Linux system
admin type certification, at my company's
expense.  I have MS certs, but no Linux.  I'd
like to take comments from administrators on what
Linux cert they would recommend as being the most
worthwhile in real, educational and practical
terms, as well as what would be best from a
career/job hunting perspective.
