IF2 flyer done

[David Uhlman]

I created a replacement header image, use it if you like it. Also the words
"Free Software for both Linux and Windows" should in my opinion be "Free
Software for both Linux & Windows". The use of "both" seems anachronistic.

Header image is 24bit png with alpha mask, let me know if you want another
