Goto this URL and locate a site near you and use that URL to download
the updates that you want.

http://redhat.com/download/mirror.html

wget is not interactive, please read the man page for it. You enter a
complete URL and it gets it. Can use wild cards and get lots of files,
be careful it can and will download an entire web site if you enter a
incorrect URL.

For example:
wget
ftp://mirror.hiwaay.net/redhat/redhat/linux/updates/7.3/en/os/i386/*.rpm
would get the entire directory of files.
