Works for me too :)

If you go to Tools->Mail Settings... then you'll get a dialog.  In that
dialog there should be a list of your e-mail addresses.  Click on the
one that you are interested in and click edit.

In the dialog that comes up go the 'Security' Tab, that is where you
configure GPG.
