That makes more sense as well. The downloadable dist should be only Free
Software. Also, I just recalled that whire many of these apps are no cost,
that doesn't mean you're allowed to redistribute them. Take the m$ core true
type fonts as an example. Take pine and qmail binaries as more examples.
