Broadband in Scottsdale?

Thanks for all the replies... I'm now considering another apartment
complex within Deru.net's range--that or I'll maybe go with a Business Cox
account if it's not too much more.

Anyone recommend any nice, quiet apt complexes near a Deru CO? :P
