Plugger and spaces (%20) in URL attached documents

spaces in URLs are strictly verboten. The real fix is to not allow spaces i=
n
URL as the spec says.

Other than that, you need to either quote the filename when opening it or
get whatever routine is throwing it to disk to convert the spaces to
something else.

Not also, it's not handling the URL that isn't work for you, it's the space
in a filename that is.
