where the hell is the plug website?

There is a working mirror at:
    http://plug.unitywave.com/

If you give this out, please stress that
it is only a transient *copy* of our
"real" web site.

This is the 'draft' area where I have been
preparing changes before installing them.
I think it's basically complete.  The ironic
thing is that it is under the same base
directory and and running under the same web
server as the "real" site we can't reach.
