sendmail / multiple domains question

My setup also has local-host-names. The error below seems to indicate that 
the machine can't resolve 2nddomain.com. Did you place an entry in the DNS 
tables on the machine trying to send mail for 2nddomain.com? If it doesn't 
run DNS set it in /etc/hosts.
