Well, I'll say this....

Some people just don't catch on that easy. Trust me... I did tech support
for 2 years. Some people use windows all the time, yet don't seem to know
what the hell you are talking about when you tell them "Click on the button
in the lower left hand corner of your screen that says 'start'"

This is a true story.... There are sooo many fun stories to tell.. hehehehe
