Netgear Router firewall and IPMasqurading

I got fed up with iptables, so I bought a Netgear Router/Firewall. I was =
wondering or is redunant, I want to use one PC for Masqurade and hide =
the rest behind it, using the firewall and router of the Netgear device. =
So far it doesnt work. Any Ideas?
