Good place for CHEAP (yet warrantied) computers?

keep in mind that these things from the big stores more often are
refurbished units.  All the hardware that customers return go back to the
manufacturer for repairs are not thrown away but sold to other companies for
god awful low prices.  That's how they can undercut other prices by such a
far margin.
