The country may not be ready for such a move (due to the undue financial 
influence of a certain company), but that doesn't mean that we shouldn't make 
the effort.  Your city councilpersons, county supervisors, and state senators 
and congresspeople are good targets for a copy of the proposed Peruvian bill, 
MS's objection letter, and Dr Nunez's excellent rebuttal too.
