Hardware clock set to GMT...

As root see if you have the program timeconfig. If you have it select the
option to NOT use hardware clock set to GMT. Linux knows how to do this BUT
Windows is too stupid and does not understand GMT so the hardware clock MUST
be set to local time for any machine that boots Windows.
