Tips? Deleted domain, Arrghhh!

You *should* be able to go into your clients user account and renew the
domain AND correct the email address.  I've never used Network Solutions,
but all the other registrar's I've used provide a control panel where you
can set DNS, URL forwarding, make updates to admin, billing and technical
clients.  If someone else has registered it it is gone. If not consider
re-registering it with another more responsive registrar than NS (the M$ or
domain registration)  I personally can recommend Stargate.com and they only
charge $8.85 per year.  Once it is renewed or re-registered it should be
back live within 24-72 hours.  Check http://domainwhitepages.com to see the
status of the domain.

William you *should* only have to fax the new contact info to them on
the companies' letterhead. Unless someone else has already purchased the
domain, it should take less than three days to have it back.
