PLUG is famous!

Now if we could get some news organizations (non-geek) to write about
this, we'd be set...  start off with local news, which would get picked up
by national news...  there'd be so much publicity surrounding this that
Maricopa County would have a REALLY hard time ignoring the laws.  :-)
