SMP problem

I have a system running a Tyan Tiger 133 with 2
P3/700's. It ran fine until yesterday. I swapped the
power supply for a 300w, and now after its done
booting and loading it simply continously scrolls:
"APIC error on CPU1: 08(08)" What exactly is causing
this? I do not have a spare PSU for it at the moment
to swap out again. Is it possibly the power supply is
bad, or what? Anything else it might be.
