Building seyon. Where xmkmf?

To add a little information, it is part of the XFree86-devel package.  (New 
user hint (for rpm-based systems): 'rpm -qf /usr/X11R6/bin/xmkmf')

I would have to agree with this.  I found minicom to be quite excellent, 
while seyon was only good.  However, note that with minicom you might have 
to configure both minicom and/or your terminal for things like backspaces, 
while seyon is on its own.
