JOB DESCRIPTION:
Objectives
1. Provide technical assistance to install and
configure Tivoli Security Software and underlying
LDAP. Technical assistance is defined as installation,
configuration or other technical services that will
lead to a successful working installation of Tivoli
Policy Director and Identity Director and its LDAP
over the Maricopa County data network. 2. Assistance
will be provided on a time and material basis from
start of contract through June 30, 2003.
SPECIFICATIONS
The following specifications are provided regarding
the computer systems.
1. Policy Director/Master LDAP
1.1. Application: Tivoli Policy Director &IBM
SecureWay LDAP
1.2. Server: Compaq multiprocessor
1.3. Server Operating System: Windows NT/2000
1.4. Client Operating System: Various
1.5. DBMS: IBM DB2 7.2
2. Identity Director/Slave LDAP
2.1. Application: Tivoli Identity Director &IBM
SecureWay LDAP 2.2. Server: Compaq multiprocessor 2.3.
Server Operating System: Windows NT/2000 2.4. Client
Operating System: Various 2.5. DBMS: IBM DB2 7.2
3. WebSEAL servers (2)
3.1. Application: Tivoli WebSEAL
3.2. Server: Compaq low-end single processor

QUALIFICATIONS
The following provides information regarding minimum
qualifications.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Experience in installation and support of Tivoli
Security Software. Policy Director and Identity
Director systems using NT and WIN2000 underlying
operating systems. 2. Networking and security-related
skills in Tivoli and other security software packages.
NT Server and networking configuration is necessary
in a multi-platform OS environment given that Tivoli
will interface with a variety of different
architectures including Mainframes.
3. Experience in IBM DB2 given that the LDAP resides
here.
4. LDAP configuration and programming experience using
IBM SecureWay and DB2. 5. Proficient with networking
protocols and analysis. 6. Experience with configuring
and maintaining networked applications in an
enterprise environment. 7. Demonstrated experience in
the maintenance of networking applications in
Microsoft Windows NT-4 and Windows 2000 environments.
8. Web Application interface and deployment in
enterprise environments.
Preferred Qulifications:
1. MCSE &Tivoli certifications.
2. B.S. degree in computer science. Related
experience could substitute for college degree. 3.
Experience with Tivoli Security Products, LDAP and DB2
databases.
RESPONSE
1. Provide hourly rate. All travel related expenses
are to be included in the quoted hourly rate. The
minimum onsite effort for one visit would be two days.
2. Identify availability of proposed individual for
the period of August 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003. 3.
Provide response to each of the minimum requirements.
4. Provide at least three employment references
demonstrating experience related to the minimum
requirements.
