KDE link icon change

I did not see a Preferences but I did see Properties.  Clicking this 
brought up the same tabbed box I had seen before.  However, when I happened 
to pass the cursor over the big "?" icon, I saw that this icon is a 
button.  Click that button and you can change the icon.
