That said, I'm going to switch to Deru or FastQ
sometime soon (unless UnityWave does DSL?) QWest
prices are fscked. I'm paying $200 total for
5 usable static IPs, OfficeWorks, and 640/192
(I'm pretty far from the CO, that's all I can
get). And, of course, their tech support people
are chimps:

Me: Your network just died.
Chimp: Did you try restarting Windows?
Me: I can traceroute off my LAN. And I'm running
    Linux.
Chimp: OK, shut down all your programs and
       restart Windows.
Me: I'm running Linux.
Chimp: Yeah, you're going to have to shut
       down that program, and restart Windows.
Me: OK, thanks. <click>
