Linux Friendly ISP

I use FASTQ www.fastq.com

The DSL is provided by QWest, but FASTQ is the third-party provider. I got 8 static IP addresses (5 usable) that I can use with Linux gateways -
I have not had a problem yet (except for acts of God, which you can't argue with).
