It was actually 3 years ago. The punishment is what's recent ( pending for
other states, but already a done deal for .az.us ).

Are they too dependent on Microsoft? We don't know. That's what we want to
find out. It's up to the county to decide how deep their dependency is. We
want to ask them.

We don't even know for sure that they're dependent on Microsoft.

The shared folder thingy with outlook, for instance, can be done with
IMAP. For all we know that's what they've done as exchange also does
IMAP. True, I doubt it, but we need to ask them to explain any dependencies
rather than presuming there are dependencies.
